You will enjoy a private entrance option into the kitchen of the home. A dining room and spacious living room make the perfect place to relax at home! Multiple closets provide ample storage space. The large unfinished basement includes washer/dryer hookups, a utility sink, plenty of open space for storage as well as built in shelving. Tenant has use of one side of the detached garage and one side of the driveway. The shared front and backyard are great for entertaining in the warmer months! Tenant is responsible for all separately metered utilities. Lawn care and snow removal are shared responsibilities between the tenants. Pets may be considered for a monthly fee of $50 and a pet deposit.
