ONLY TAXABLE, VERIFIABLE INCOME WILL BE CONSIDERED. -WE ARE HAPPY TO CONSIDER APPLICANTS WITH HOUSING ASSISTANCE OR VOUCHERS. -Upon application approval, the deposit must be paid within 24 hours to secure the property -IF WE HAVE MULTIPLE APPLICANTS FOR ONE PROPERTY, The first application that is approved with a security deposit paid in full will secure the property. -GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE APPLICATION DENIAL are if any applicant has unpaid debts owed to other property agencies or landlords OR if in the last five (5) years any applicant or occupant has had: any eviction actions as reported on a credit screening or during rental history verification OR if any bankruptcy is reported on your credit screening within the last 5 years OR if any applicant or occupant has had felony or violent crime convictions. All of our properties are drug-free and smoke-free homes. A minimum 12-month lease is required for most properties. Longer leases may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
