Malibu Gardens Apartment Homes is centrally located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood with convenient access to amenities including: public transportation, grocery stores, shopping centers, churches, medical facilities (West Florida Hospital, Sacred Heart Hospital, Baptist Medical Park), and colleges (University of West Florida, Pensacola State College, Pensacola Christian College). Close enough to I-10 and I-110 that downtown or the airport are just minutes away! Our apartment homes have been completely renovated with beautiful floors, kitchen appliances, countertops, and cabinets. Bedrooms have large closets/storage- rooms have ceiling fans and large windows for ample natural lighting. Each unit has a porch or balcony, a private attached laundry/storage room with washer and dryer hookups, and easily accessible parking. Water, sewer, and trash fees are included in monthly rent.
