Our spacious apartments feature central heating and air conditioning and extra-wide hallways with an abundance of storage. Amenities include a fenced sport court on site and updated laundry facility with brand-new front load washers and dryers. A single parking sport is assigned per unit, plus there is general parking. Located within walking distance to shopping and bus routes, live peacefully surrounded by beautiful grounds with lots of trees.

I stayed here one summer, these apartments are pretty good. The prices are very good for the Tri-Cities. It wasn't luxurious, but everything was fine. I only had one maintenance request and it was handled quickly. Parking in this neighborhood is crowded, so it might be hard to have friends over. Keep in mind that the train track is not too far from here. Watch out when you leave! They will try to keep your security deposit. They charged me $145 to clean the kitchen, after I had already cleaned it. They also drummed up charges enough to equal the rest of my security deposit.
