The home at 800 NE Monroe has an excellent location along with an incredible rental price! The home is located across the street from a Dominos, Jimmy Jones, a convenience store, and easy access to the central campus. The rent includes ALL of your utilities; heat, water, electric, trash, and WIFI along with a laundry room located in the home. The room is unfurnished so you can provide your own bed, desk, etc. You will have access to a kitchen for light cooking. You will have your own private room along with a powder (1/2) bathroom down the hall. Then a full common bathroom on the 1st floor with additional services; i.e. shower, toilets, vanities. The room is located on the 2nd floor away from the central common areas of the home. The other rooms on the mezzanine are all bedrooms as well. The home is the Chapter house for Acacia, a social fraternity on campus, and they will have various activities throughout the year but you will not be required to participate and/or join the group. The group does have a basement where most of the social activities occur. No Pets Allowed
