Bachelor apartment in the Beechwood Village The unit is located in the Beechwood Village and close to grocery stores, a public library and the Montfort hospital and tons of shops. The building is a three-unit structure and the remainder of the tenants are all working professionals or very mature students. Measurements (approximately) Main room: 14 feet x 10 feet Kitchen: 7.5 feet x 5 feet Bathroom: 6 feet x 6.5 feet Deck: 9.5 feet x 5.5 feet As part of the rent, we include all heating, water and electricity. There is a laundromat very close by and there is amazing bus service to the downtown core (via route 6, 7 and others) and there is parking on site available at $100 per month.
