About 8 Cady St
Hi, I'm looking for a roommate to move in to a really great 2 bedroom apartment. I have been so happy here and am sure that whoever lives here next will be too - it is wonderfully cozy and well located (address is 8 Cady Street). I looked for a very long time for a place around the train station that was very nice and inexpensive - this place blew every other places I saw out of the water! The apartment has a working fireplace, spacious rooms, great kitchen, lots of storage space and a dishwasher. The building has hardwood floors and lots of windows. Outside is a backyard terrace with a stone patio, perfect for barbeques. Rent is $650/month including HEAT, hot water, laundry machine. With parking total is $700 a month. I've attached some pictures. Move in date is June 1st. A little about myself, I am a third year Med Student - very easygoing person. Am looking for a grad student or young professional. Please no smoking.
