I came to Cantabria a few weeks ago and I wanted to write a quick review about my experience because it was great. I toured with Carina who is the property manager. She was so friendly and made me feel like I'd known her for years. She greeted me with a handshake and a smile, offered me snacks, water, coffee and soda! We talked for a bit to see what it was I wanted and needed. Unfortunately for me, they have primarily 2 bed 1 bath and I was looking for 1 bedroom, but that didn't stop her from still giving me the best service. She took the time to refer me to sister communities around the area that had similar things I was looking for. She was very familiar with the area which has so much to do, from shopping centers to Knotts Berry Farm. The property was very nice and well kept, but honestly Carina was the real reason I would want to move there. If I am ever in search of a 2 bed 1 bath, this will be my first stop.
