We are both young professionals so we keep it calm on the weekdays but typically we hit the town or head off on adventures for the weekends. We are looking for a clean, fun, and relaxed young professional who wants to share a wonderful space. Our apartment is located near the corner of Robson and Richards. This central downtown location is close to everything, including: transit (buses and all sky trains), shopping, grocery store, etc. We are a 5 min walk to Yaletown and Gastown. We are directly above IGA, a liquor store, and a 24 hour Tim Horton's - so you can have all the timbits you want. The room for rent is really well sized with a large closet and terrific view!You'll share a bathroom with one other roommate. Our building has a gym, steam room, roof top terrace, and 24 hour door men/ concierge service. The apartment is finely furnished except for your future bedroom- you'll need to bring furniture for that. We have an awesome kitchen including a dishwasher and gas stove.
