The apartment is located on Robson and Richards with a terrific view over the library, BC Place, False Creek, Burrard Inlet, Science World, Mt Baker, and one beautiful sunrise. We are preferably seeking a female roommate (no couples please!). A love for sitting on the patio with a glass of wine is a bonus! We love to cook great meals and enjoy having friends over. We are both young professionals so we keep it calm on the weekdays but typically we hit the town or head off on adventures for the weekends. We are looking for a clean, fun, and relaxed young professional who wants to share a wonderful space. Our apartment is located near the corner of Robson and Richards. This central downtown location is close to everything, including: transit (buses and all sky trains), shopping, grocery store, etc. We are a 5 min walk to Yaletown and Gastown. We are directly above IGA, a liquor store, and a 24 hour Tim Horton's - so you can have all the timbits you want. The room for rent is really well sized with a large closet and terrific view!You'll share a bathroom with one other roommate. Our building has a gym, steam room, roof top terrace, and 24 hour door men/ concierge service. The apartment is finely furnished except for your future bedroom- you'll need to bring furniture for that. We have an awesome kitchen including a dishwasher and gas stove. No need for coins, we have in suite laundry. And during the summer months, the A/C will keep you comfortable. No smoking, drugs, or pets.
