House off of highway 89 between Milton and Allentown. 1800 sq ft living area. Central heat & air (plus wood-burning heater), 2-car carport, small storage shed, large side yard. Fiber internet scheduled for install June 17th. Some Universal design features: wheelchair ramp at carport entrance; wood floors; master bedroom, bathroom and closet are wheelchair accessible; doorways throughout house have been widened except for one small closet; stove has front controls; kitchen sink can be altered for wheelchair accessibility, if needed. We enjoyed living here. It's a place where families walk their dogs around the neighborhood and kids ride their bicycles. Pets considered on a case by case basis (certain dog breeds are prohibited by our insurance company). Credit and background reports required (fees apply). Verification of income required (fees may apply). Renters insurance required, plus an additional deposit and insurance rider are required for approved pets. Only approved pets will be allowed.
