The kitchen has a gorgeous Bosch counter-depth French door fridge and a matching dishwasher. Besides great amenities like in-unit laundry, A/C unit, blackout blinds in the bedrooms, a garage with an additional storage closet in it, large driveway with additional options for parking, keyless entry and a side deck, it comes with an owner who truly cares about the property and the well-being of her tenants! The owner is responsible for lawn care, snow removal, water and sewer. The tenant is responsible for gas, electric and trash. Pet policy is no dogs, but well-behaved cats are a possibility with a monthly pet rent of $25. There is also a very strict policy of no smoking of any type on the premises. To qualify you must meet or exceed a gross income of 3X monthly rent (or come somewhat close). Security deposit is one month's rent and a one-year lease is required. accepted. Good credit required.
