The two bedrooms and full bath are located on the top level. The kitchen is outfitted with an electric range, built-in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stainless-steel sink, and plenty of cabinet and counter space. The exposed rafters and Edison bulbs add warmth to the living room. The bedrooms have large closets and extra storage nooks. Mini-splits are located throughout the home to allow custom comfort year-round. Landscaping included. Tenant pays electric, water, sewer, and garbage. This property is pet-friendly, up to two pets, with a $250 refundable deposit per pet. Maximum of two cars permitted with driveway-parking only. Sorry, no co-signers. This property is owned and managed by a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Agent and Realtor.
