Gas fireplace in the living room along with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances including a gas range. There is a back patio that is perfect for grilling and enjoyment. Included in this property is AC for those really hot summer days, an attached garage. Pet Policy - 1 small dog under 25 lbs. 2 cats with maximum of 2 cats. Additional deposit of $500 required NO smoking throughout property. Utilities - tenant is responsible for all utilities except for sewer that is included in HOA. Landscaping No street parking.
