This 3 bedroom, 1 bath country home allows you to rock on the front porch or enjoy sitting out on the back deck. Primary bedroom is on main level. 2 additional bedrooms are upstairs. Living room and eat in kitchen which has tons of cabinets. Huge deck out back and a 2 car detached garage. Tenant is responsible for LP gas, electric, trash removal, snow removal, and lawn care. No water/sewer bill here! The house does have central air but it doesn't sufficiently cool the 2 bedrooms upstairs so you would want a window unit up there. New Tub and shower have been installed.
