I have a fantastic townhouse for rent and available now with a 12 month renewable lease. It has beautiful dark hardwood floors throughout with radiant in floor heating downstairs and hot water baseboard heaters upstairs. It has been painted and looks great. There is a gas stove and an island counter in the kitchen to casually snack at. Next to the kitchen is the great room where a large closet contains an equally large washer & dryer. There is a large living room with a lovely bay window and a gas fireplace and one of the half baths, all on the lower level. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms, the one full bathroom and the other one of the half baths which lies between the second and third bedrooms, accessible by both. There is an open air balcony off the front bedroom and a similar space off the back bedroom has been closed off to make a den. It has only one outside parking space in the alleyway behind the house. Please no pets or smokers thank you. All the utilities will be your responsibility. This townhouse is near Richmond Secondary School and just down the street from Richmond City Hall, the Minoru Aquatic Center, Library, art gallery and the Richmond-Brighouse Station of the Canada Line is not far away.
