The sunny Upper Portola East neighborhood’s four-bedroom, carpeted townhouses were added across the street from the Upper Portola West townhomes almost 20 years after the Upper Portola West townhomes were built. They offer ample space and have close proximity to outdoor activities including Paul Goose Field, Presidio Wall Playground, picnicking and birdwatching at El Polin Spring. Offered at $6,700.00* per month, 770-D Rodriguez Street is a 4- bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse. This home is approximately 1,390 sq. ft. and features a kitchen, bedroom with balcony, outdoor storage, and a designated parking space. The Presidio Golf Course is a short but admittedly steep walk up the hill to the west. We will have an open house on Saturday, November 15, 2025 from 11:00am - 12:00pm. We will begin accepting holding deposits immediately after the Open House on November 15th, following our priority system.
