The exposed rafters and Edison bulbs add warmth to the living room. The bedrooms have large closets and extra storage nooks. Mini-splits are located throughout the home to allow custom comfort year-round. Landscaping and washer/dryer included. Tenant pays electric, water, sewer, and garbage. Sorry, no co-signers. This property is pet-friendly, up to two pets, with a $250 refundable deposit per pet. Maximum of two cars permitted with driveway-parking only.
