The kitchen is connected to a lovely dining area that has egress to the makai lanai. There is plenty of storage space in the kitchen. Gas stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator are the included appliances. Connecting to the kitchen on the other side is an extremely large laundry area complete with washer / dryer, built in ironing board and more closet space. Downstairs is a spacious two car garage with more storage and work areas. Tenant Pays: $3400 Rent + $160.21 GE Tax + Propane + Any other desired services. Electric, water, rubbish, and yard care are paid by owner. A completed free application is required for showing.
