This, home is not available. This is a scam the real home is listed on Zillow FOR SALE only trust Zillow, zumper can be manipulated, apartments. com , and even redfin which is so crazy because when I was searching for my home I thought these were legit. However you don't have to verify anything. I am in the process exposing a scam trying to warn others. Before this I was scammed, so close I thought. I actually just found my house just moved in. (Zillow). I get on nextdoor and there is this job post for work from home real estate listing agent (side job) seems legit, but I'm skeptical. I sign up and the same day he has me posting to all kinds of renters sites about homes for rent, creating new accounts, not already company owned accounts. Started getting sketchy when I noticed misspellings, how the addresses for the same pictures varied then I googled the address either non existing or posted for sale on zillow and nothing is being verified on these sites. So now I'm exposing A. Just how easy it is to get manipulated into doing this (thinking you are working and not see beyond that) B. how truly vulnerable these sites are. My "employer" should be ashamed of himself, many people on here are taking every last dime they have going through all kinds of trouble just TO FIND A HOME, A ROOF TO PUT OVER THEIR HEADS! And you want to steal their money, their hope! This makes me sick, I pray you ask God to forgive you. While I'm at it another thing keeping people from having a roof over their heads and making them vulnerable to scams are senseless application fees, and credit checks also take time to hear their story about why they received an eviction alot has to do with landlords raising rent on them to unaffordablility and they weren't able to find another home. Have a heart it's not easy finding a home - exhibit A. Based off of knowledge I was privy too, look out for: Misspellings Different owners or agents in multiple listings- research parcel ownership for your state. Inconsistencies in the posting. Use Google (your best friend) Use Google lens to find the photos elsewhere. Google the employers, don't communicate via whatsapp Notice errors. Best of hope finding a home, I do hope this helps.
