This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom farmhouse sits 15 minutes outside Indianola, it is in the Indianola School District, and is directly on a school bus route with the bus stopping at the end of the driveway. As you walk into the large home you're greeted with a large enclosed entryway which opens up to a spacious living room that leads to a large dining area with hardwood floors. Off the dining room is the downstairs bedroom that has a full bathroom attached. Towards the back of the house is a large kitchen with plenty of room for a table, gracious cabinet and countertop space, includes a small breakfast nook, fridge, stove, and dishwasher. Off the kitchen is a laundry room that includes a washer and dryer. Upstairs you'll find 3 other very large bedrooms and another bathroom. There is a back door that leads to a covered enclosed patio. The entire property is fenced in making it great for pets which are allowed up to 50 lbs with a $250 pet fee and $50/month pet rent. The backyard consists of a large shed that is halfway enclosed with the other half being a covered patio. Within the last 5 years the following have been installed: new central AC/heat, hot water heater, windows, and roof. Tenant pays all utilities which are TRM Disposal, Warren County Oil, but the home is on a well so no water bill! 12 month lease minimum. Renters Insurance Required.
