About 7575 N Rain Valley Rd
Property Id: 1328494 3 bed 2 bath, 2300 square feet, ranch style home sits on five acres. One mile down Townsend Winona Rd., approximately 10 minutes from the Flagstaff Mall. Master bedroom has walk in closet and attached bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. House has an large laundry room with electric hook ups (washer and dryer not included), sun room that opens up to a large dog run, flooring is tile and laminate, gas fireplace and furnace, vaulted ceilings, skylights and a two car garage. Water and electricity are paid by the landlord, however you must heat with propane and propane is the renters responsibility. No smoking is allowed in the house or on the property. Pets are allowed with a $100 non refundable deposit per pet. Rent is $2900 / month with a $2000 deposit required. 10% of the deposit will be a non refundable cleaning fee. There is a guest house on the property that is currently being rented. It is not included in the rental of the main house. Thanks for looking!
