The second floor offers a laundry room, a full bathroom, three bedrooms with a separate primary suite, and a five-piece primary bathroom. The fully finished basement offers cozy family room space with an extra bedroom and a full bathroom. The highlight of the house is two large decks on the main floor and in the basement, which offer exceptional views. Additional house features include access to the tennis courts and outdoor pool; trash is included in the rent; a spacious attached two-car garage with an extra closet for storage; central A/C; vaulted ceilings; washer and dryer in unit; and low maintenance: lawn, trees, and snow removal are taken care of by the HOA. All the furniture is for decoration purpose only, the house will be rented as unfurnished. One dog is ok with an additional $300 pet deposit and $35 monthly pet rent. No aggressive breeds, only full-grown animals (12 months+), and no cats, please.
