Located at 751 East 8th, this lower two-bedroom rental unit features an open concept layout, with the living and dining areas combined into one spacious room and the kitchen situated at the back. It’s one of the few units we offer with central AC. Monthly rent is $850, and tenants are responsible for all utilities. We do work with section 8 and other programs Must make 3x the rent No evictions the past 3 years Pets allowed $250 non refundable fee then $50 per month per pet. With a 2 pet maximum. For upper units animals must be 25lbs or less. We do require first and double security deposit.
