Property Id: 1391939 Looking for a roommate in a fully furnished, 3br/2ba, 1,700sq ft home in East Syracuse starting in January 2024. The term can be short or long term very willing to work with various timeframes. I've included some pictures and a link to the house's website with many more (definitely check it out! thefarmhousesyr.com), but the owner has made some updates to the house since those were taken, so let me know if you want any more! Entire house in East Syracuse. Full access to the entire 38 acres the house sits on. Rent: $1200 All utilities included (Wi-Fi as well). Garage parking. Military owned and operated. I'm military myself too, have a German shepherd, and I keep things clean. There are a lot more amenities that I could go in to, but didn't want to write a novel on here! Feel free to reach out to me.
