This home sits on the rodeo grounds and you can watch the show from your porch. 2 bedrooms, one bathroom plus den space in basement. Note: den in basement doesnt have legal egress to be used as a bedroom. Makes a great playroom, office, or arts and craft room. House is heated with a gas furnace. The home is on a well and septic. There is a very old garage and may not work for parking large vehicles in, but makes a great additional storage space and workshop. There is a large barn for parking an RV, a dairy barn and additional storage/work shop. Perfect little homestead! Have livestock? As about our additional pasture thats available to rent. One dog is permitted. Other pets open to negotiation. There is a partially fenced yard and the home is close to the highways so securing animals is important. Tenants pay gas and electric. A fair amount of mowing is required in the growing season to maintain these grounds.
