Our requirements to rent any of our properties are: - Credit score 620 and above - Income 2.5 times the amount of rent - No evictions and no prior debts with previous landlords - Good rental history - Every person 18 years and older, regardless of employment, completes a separate application and pays a $40 fee. Non-refundable if the credit was run. - Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
