Convenient location within minutes' walk to downtown, Main Street, Sky Train, Hastings, Commercial Drive & Adanac Bike Route. 6 small coffee/grocery shops are in a 5 block radius Astoria and Cobalt are near by. The park across the street in the summer alone is worth it. 420 friendly, Gay friendly, People friendly not into loud people or drama. any questions lmk - upstairs neighbours are quiet and friendly tenants. (sorta)
