This home features 1,815 sq.ft, three front guest bedrooms with ample closets, a primary suite, a fenced backyard and tray ceilings in the living room. The kitchen has an island with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a large pantry. This home features wood-like flooring in the common areas, complemented by the warmth of wall-to-wall carpeting in the bedrooms. The primary bath features a garden tub, a separate shower, a double vanity and a water closet. Plus, a large closet with direct access to the laundry room (washer/dryer hookups only) adds convenience. The backyard is fully fenced. Pets considered: up to 2 under 100 lbs, age 1+, prior approval, third-party screening; aggressive breeds not considered; $250 non-refundable pet fee. All Hometown Properties of the Gulf Coast residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (rbp). Rbp is $50 per month and includes liability insurance, credit building for on-time rent, up to $1M ID theft protection, HVAC filter delivery (where applicable), resident rewards and on-demand pest control. Security deposit is a full month's rent or based on application findings; roommate deposits are 75% of base rent per roommate.
