There is a guest bedroom, an office/den and full guest bathroom. Oversized laundry room and an attached two car garage. The exterior features a privacy fenced backyard and covered patio. HOA: Quailwood – HOA rules and CC&R’s apply. Tenant has access to the clubhouse/community kitchen and fitness/exercise center. A membership card fee is required for the pool and tennis courts. Golf Course is Public. Heating: Forced gas. Cooling: Central A/C and ceiling fans. Appliances include: refrigerator, built in microwave, gas range/oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer (units are included). Utilities: Resident Pays. Electric - APS. Natural Gas - Unisource.
