Welcome to 724 S Lovell Ave in East Ridge, TN!! This 3-Bed/1.5-Bath Home sits just off Moore Rd, close to I-75 and I-24, giving quick access to most place in town! It isn't too far from Camp Jordan and all it has to offer: Top Golf, Bass Pro, and More!! The house itself just underwent significant remodeling, and has refinished hardwood floors through out, a brand new dishwasher, freshly painted walls, and other additional updates. For heating and cooling there is a centralized HVAC system. There is a laundry room and laundry closet as well, connected to the kitchen, but its own separate room. There is a big fenced in back yard with a newly rebuilt back porch for relaxation after a long day. There is an attached garage but there is not enough room to fit a car, so it mainly can be used as extra storage space. The house will be ready for tours, once it is all cleaned and ready.
