This newer construction ranch style home has all the modern touches that make life easier. The enormous three car garage, for instance, has bright led lighting throughout so you won't be fumbling around with a flashlight and the included workbench and utility sink are a bonus. The fully fenced backyard is enormous with a well maintained fence that will keep Fido in but doesn't block the view of the surround trees. The large back deck will make a great spot for summer parties. The living room is spacious thanks to the vaulted ceilings, with loads of windows and a gas fireplace. The kitchen and dining room are roomy as well, accented by modern tall cabinetry and all stainless steel appliances including a gas range, dishwasher, built-in microwave, and fridge. The arctic entry also houses the stackable washer dryer with additional cabinetry for storage. A nice touch was the doors on both sides (one an antique style barn door) that will keep the sound of doing laundry contained. Down the hall are all three bedrooms and full bath. The first of two full baths has a tub with single-piece tub/shower surround. All three bedrooms are carpeted and you can tell they didn't scrimp on the pad. The master is spacious and has it's own private bath and large walk-in closet. The master bath features dual vanity, an enormous soaking tub with a window overlooking the backyard, as well as a private room for the shower and toilet.
