UTILITIES: Water, Sewer, & Trash are included. LAUNDRY: Laundry facility within the building that operates with coins. PARKING: Parking spots are available in the rear, with on-street parking conveniently situated right in front. The kitchen is equipped with a comprehensive set of appliances that cater to most people's needs, featuring a gas stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator, all complemented by ample cabinet storage.
