Kitchen comes with all stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator all encompassed by several upper and lower cabinet space. With central heat and air there's no worries about staying hot or cold. The building itself provides for a laundry facility in the basement, parking spaces across the street, and street parking directly in front. Keypad entrance for the front common door for extra convenience. Unfortunately, no dogs are allowed but cats are more than welcome. LAUNDRY: The laundry facility is located in the basement, and coin-operated machines are provided for laundry purposes. PARKING: Parking spaces are accessible off the street in front of the building. Amenities: Air conditioner, Climate control, Controlled access, Dishwasher, Disposal, Hardwood floors, Heat, Mirrors, Pantry, Refrigerator, Shared balcony, Stove and oven, Vinyl floors, Window coverings WE ACCEPT VOUCHERS! LEASE TERMS: We are offering a twelve month lease. The move in charges include, a one month security deposit and the prorated rent for the month you're moving in (dependent on the move in day). Up to two cat's are more than welcome with a $200 refundable deposit and a $25/month pet rent. Water, sewer, trash, are all included the rent rate. Qualifications include a credit score above 620, no previous evictions, and gross monthly income of at least 3x the rent amount.
