It typically takes 24 to 48 hours but you must see the home before we can approve you (if everything else is approved) What is your deposit? The deposit is the same as 1 month's rent. What are the move-in costs? If your credit score is above 650, you will pay 1 full month up front, along with your security deposit and a pet fee if applicable. (As well as prorate depending on when you are moving into the property.) All move in fees must be paid in full before you can move in. If your credit score is below 650 we do require the last months rent as well as everything listed above. What is your pet policy? Most of our rentals allow pets. No aggressive dog breeds. Our pet deposit is $250 per pet, up front. What are your requirements? Prospect(s) must make 3x the rent. Prospect(s) may not have any felonies or domestic violence charges.
