Rental policies, the landlord will Not Accept any Applicant that: 1. Has Bad Credit or Delinquent Accounts (if credit scores are lower than 650 due to high balance and not missed payments to creditors than a second deposit of half a month will be held for one year). 2. Has been evicted or sued for unpaid rent or damages to the leased property 3. Has ever refused to pay rent for any reason 4. No Pets. Criteria as a Lease with the Option to buy (aka rent to own) are as follows: If you are looking for a house and cannot get a mortgage for one reason or another, this may be the house for you and your family. A minimum down payment from the agreed price is required (no security deposit needed). Rent while you fix your situation and then you can purchase this home at an agreed price (minus your down payment). Tenant availability to rent to buy is Not based on credit score (an eviction history criminal background check will be needed) , however enough income is required (at least 3 times the mthly rent). Tenant buyer is responsible for all utilities and repairs!
