The brightly colored kitchen is spacious with charming tile counters and has windows overlooking the entry drive and the rear of the property and last year new LVP flooring, a new fridge, range, and vent hood were installed. The home retains many charming features including the original, single pane windows, large fireplace, spacious kitchen, informal dining area/office/study and a large living room with an additional dining area. The property is not fully enclosed with fencing but does have perimeter fencing in place except for the driveway area. There are older garden boxes on the east side of the home waiting to be planted but wildlife does frequent the property. The property is just shy of 1 acre -- and the tenant has the full use of that outdoor space and is responsible for keeping the grasses mowed on the property to a fire safe level at all times and trim bushes as well. Historically this property has been mowed using the services of a high weed mower two or three times per year. There are also numerous untended fruit trees on the property that can be left as is, or tended by tenant.
