It includes basic appliances such as a fridge, stove, dishwasher, Washer, Dryer, individual room heaters, sprinklers, and house-wide water purifier (salt based). Additionally, this house has a large living room with a large kitchen with a built-in dining area. There is a small laundry room as well. The rent is $750 but as long as the rent is paid on time you will get a $25 monthly discount. The deposit is $750 but you can pay 50% of it or more in one payment and pay the rest in monthly payments. Utilities are not covered in the rent. You must contract the electricity under your name and pay the rest of the utilities to us because they cannot be changed to anyone other than the Landlord, as per State laws. We do allow pets but we must approve them and they do have a deposit and a fee. Small Dog: $25 refundable deposit, $4.00 monthly charge. Medium Dog: $50 refundable deposit, $7.00 monthly charge.
