(The use of the neighborhood pool and park also included). Tenant pays water, electric, internet and landscaping. Up to 2 dogs okay with $300 pet fee. Located in the Forestbrook elementary/middle school and the Socastee High school district. Security deposit is the same as the rent for those with good credit and rental history.
