Beautiful ocean view vacation rental being offered to professionals or students for up to 9 months or portion thereof from about August 31, 2026 to June 1, 2027 Condo is about 40' from beach with amazing ocean views from multiple rooms. (Map does not reflect just how close it really is to the beach. It is between Ocean Front Walk and Strandway. It is not on Mission Blvd!!) Ocean view condo ordinarily sleeps 4-5 vacationers during the summer and typically 1-3 people during the off-season. It is fully and nicely furnished and has... * Amazing views of ocean, sand, and boardwalk from just about 40' away * New interior, including blonde hardwood floors and tile. * Fully furnished with beds & bedding, couches, dining table & chairs, nightstands, lamps, cookware, plates, silverware, etc. * Fully equipped kitchen: oven/stove, microwave, toaster, blender, etc. * Large, ocean view, patio BBQ courtyard (shared, but plenty of room, and ideal for socializing) * Hot tub / Jacuzzi with ocean view (access on community patio) * Air conditioning * Great location -- short walking distance to everything, and fastest access to freeways from Mission Beach * Far from Mission Blvd so you hear nothing but ocean and breathe clean air! * Fully furnished * Washer/dryer on site * Water, sewer & trash paid by landlord.
