If you need something sooner, we can talk about it. The room for rent is a Clean, Furnished, Upstairs room with 2 windows facing the street, looking out over the neighborhood. It is $650 per month and $650 Security Deposit to move in. That's IT! It has Wall to Wall Carpet, Closet, Shelving, Bed, nightstand and lamp, dresser and mirror, a bedroom desk, lamp and Comcast ready TV with Broadband internet FREE. The furniture is variable and I can add or remove whatever you like. All you need are sheets and a Pillow and I probably have some extras laying around if you need them. This is a Large house and other than my brother and myself I only rent to one other downstairs tenant so no one shares any walls with anyone else for maximum privacy. The upstairs bath is the one with the tub and shower for everyone in the house but me because I have my own but there are 2 bathrooms for tenant use, one on each floor. I work on a first come first served basis so whoever passes my application process and has the cash is first in line. Have your rent on time. I am not a payday loan service. Be employed or have a regular income. References and Proof of Income Required! Shared space includes a Large Kitchen (my pots, pans, dishes, micro wave, refrigerators, freezers, Automatic Ice Maker, Blender, Bread Maker, Toaster ovens, utensils, you name it, I probably have it!), Laundry room with Washer and Dryer, Living room, Dining room, 2 baths (as previously stated, I have a 3rd bath with shower in my room for myself), large back yard and patio. I also have several other rooms available for Storage space if needed. If more than just incidental storage space is needed, we can make additional arrangements over it. My Street is Located Directly off 924 just inside Bel Air, in a Nice, Quiet, SAFE, and Established neighborhood, convenient to everything in Harford County. The Town Government says its the Nicest Neighborhood in Town! I-95 is minutes away and the whole town of Bel Air is within walking distance. BRAC transfers stationed at Edgewood or Aberdeen are WELCOME! CASH ONLY All UTILITIES FREE INCLUDING Heat, Air, Electric, Filtered Water and even a House Phone! Cable TV and Broadband Internet INCLUDED in the rent! That's IT! No other charges Just the Rent I pay the Heat/Air, Gas, Electric, Water, Sewer, House Phone, Cable TV bills and I mow the lawn. You Just Pay the RENT. You keep your own room clean, clean up after yourself in the kitchen and bath, and I generally keep everything else clean. ONLY CLEAN ROOMMATES NO More SLOBS I am not the Maid! I don't do your dirty dishes or pots and pans and I do not clean up in the tenant bathrooms. You clean up after yourself! I provide trash cans but Everyone takes trash to the road. I take mine down and tenants are expected to pitch in and take their own down. I am not the Trash man either! I operate with a month to month lease but am hoping for a Long Term, Stable, Clean and Reliable Roommate. The tenant moving out was here almost 3 years.
