711 Granger is a charming house located less than a block away from the University of Michigan athletic campus! Available for August 22nd lease start. The house boasts a large living room area and formal dining room, as well as kitchen with ample cabinets and countertop space. It also features 1 bedroom with an ensuite bathroom on the main floor and 3 bedrooms with another full hall bathroom upstairs. There is beautiful wood trim and hardwood floors throughout, on-site laundry in the basement, and driveway parking for up to 3 cars. Tenants may not use the fireplace. Tenants are responsible for all utilities plus snow/ice removal. Lawn care/landscaping is included in rent. The unit comes unfurnished. No application fee. Non-refundable $125 lease processing fee per tenant, only charged if lease is signed. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 per bedroom (regardless of number of tenants). Security deposit is 1.5x the rent. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis; fees apply (one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 plus $50/month for 1 pet or $75/month for 2+ pets).
