Furnished cottage for temporary rental until 5/31 - Conveniently located in the heart of Port Angeles, this cute 2 bedroom/1 bath cottage has recently been remodeled on the inside. Fresh with contemporary furnishings and decor, the cottage is a wonderful home base for the traveling professional. Close to OMC and Peninsula College. Minimum 30 days. Inside, relax in the warm and inviting living area with lovely new sectional seating, Cable TV entertainment, and Wifi. There is a well equipped kitchen, ready with pots and pans, range, oven, microwave and fridge. The two bedrooms have one queen and one with a full bed. The hall bath has a tub/shower combo. Both heating and A/C from a heat pump. Washer and dryer. No pets, sorry. Parking - Driveway for one car, street parking otherwise. Location - just west of Race St. All utilities will be charged back, no need to open accounts. This is a summer home during the spring and summer. Application fee is $50 per adult. $56 lease prep fee. Section 8: Housing Assistance Accepted but rental term is for less than 6 months, as this is a summer home. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit, submitted the application and paid the fee.
