Every now and then a home comes on the market that is so special - I know you hear that all the time - trust me, it's really true with this one! If you want charm AND function you need to take a tour. Check out the open living room and mid-century modern feel - light and bright with walls of windows and really nice hardwood floors. It only has 2 bedrooms, but the rest of the house is HUGE with lots of space. This is NOT like most of the smaller two bedrooms you look at that are cozy, but can be cramped. Best thing about this house is the ample space. The house also has a nice front and rear porch that are great for hanging in the warm months outside with friends or family. The house is awesome, but what makes it even better is its location in this up and coming area for Chattanooga. This neighborhood doesn’t have the current cashe that highland park or the southside does, but it’s north of Belvoir location is in a very safe and clean area with lots of great friendly neighbors. If you still crave being downtown on the daily, it is easily accessible! You don’t even have to go on the highway, a quick 10 min drive thru the tunnel and you have everything Downtown Chattanooga has to offer. There are also plenty of good local amenities for grocery shopping and palaces to eat. This area will continue to be talked about with restaurants and coffees shops coming soon to meet the demand of locals moving in. It is the right time for you to get more bang for your buck. This house has never been a rental before and was up-kept and maintained very well. It will be a great place for a couple, friends, or a family to live in. Pets are welcome. Must have good credit and make 2.5-3 times monthly rent
