Secondary bedroom is smaller and would be best for a single bed/ office but and it has closet. 🛁 1 large bathroom with 6’ soaker tub/shower combo and heated floors. 🍽️ Modern electric stove, fridge dishwasher, double sink, pantry and cabinets. 🧼 4 year old stacking washer and dryer but only used 2 years (not shared). 🌷 Access to shared backyard and patio space. 🔥 Separate temperature control for each room, heated kitchen and bath floors. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: 🚫 No pets, no smoking, no drugs. No subletting or home swap. 📊 Utilities, your own hydro line, and gas /hot water will be on landlords. 📅 Available May 1st.
