What we are looking for: a family or individual who will be able to enjoy and care for the home like we do, make timely rent payments, and maintain excellent communication. Applicant requirements: Must have good credit (650+) no delinquencies on credit report, no evictions, clean background check. 2.5 x monthly income required ( >$5,250/month), excellent rental references. First, Last and deposit required (total move in costs $6,300) Pets considered on a case by case basis.
