Rent is $1150 for 2 people or $575 each for 2 people, rent for one person is $1050. This cute remodeled 2 bedroom house with free washer, dryer and dishwasher. Suitable for 2 people. Off street parking for two cars. Hardwood floors throughout. Back porch. Nice layout. Great pantry storage with shelves. Tenants pay for gas/electric/WiFi, landlord pays for water and garbage removal. Newer energy efficient gas forced air furnace and water heater. Tenant is responsible for mowing small yard and minimal shoveling. All units have up to date smoke alarms and CO detectors installed for your safety. We may allow as small dog (additional rent $50/and additional deposit $50 will apply). We do NOT allow cats due to the expensive urine abatement process when a cat chooses not to use its litter box, please don’t ask. All of our units are non smoking. No smokers. We show apartments with a respectful 24 hour notice to our current tenants. 1 month rent Security Deposit and last month's rent are due at lease signing. We do not schedule in person showings without approved applications from anyone that would be living in the unit. A video tour can be provided prior to application. Applications are done through Turbo Tenant. Credit score of 650 minimum needed with excellent rental references from past landlords.
