Clean and quiet one bedroom apartment with bonus room that is not large enough to be considered a bedroom although tenants have used it for a bedroom in the past. Secured building entry. Heat, water, lawn maintenance, snow and garbage removal are paid by landlord. Tenant pays only for electricity and cable/internet if desired. One bedroom is large and the other would make a good office area. Street parking is plentiful. A laundromat is close by. All units have up to date smoke alarms and CO detectors installed for your safety. We may allow a small dog with additional security deposit and additional monthly rent ($50). We do NOT allow cats. All of our units are non smoking. No smokers. We show apartments all days of the week including weekends with a respectful 24 hour notice to our current tenants. 1 month rent Security Deposit and last month’s rent are due at lease signing.
