Located in quiet Spring Lake, this townhome is within walking distance (or a short bike ride) to the Spring Lake Pool which includes a lazy river. Tennis and golf are also available for a fee. Or you can also visit the newly renovated Dolphin Head Recreation Area and take a stroll along the sound. Hilton Head Plantation is gated for added security and peace of mind and provides a great location on the north end of the island near the public schools and many shops and restaurants. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a galley-style kitchen, laundry closet with a washer/dryer, courtyard, Carolina room and back patio. Seeking at 12 month lease. Security deposit due at lease signing. Tenant responsible for all utilities. Pest control and trash service included. Pets not permitted for tenants per regime rules.
