Washer/dryer in basement, small partially fenced yard, Small sitting area between master bedroom and full bath would make a great playroom or computer area. Pets' conditional with an additional fee. No smoking. Home is in Penbrook area close to downtown Harrisburg, Colonial Park shopping, restaurants and city bus route. Short drive to I83 and turnpike. To Schedule a showing please call 717-207-7863. We require all of our residents to have a good previous landlord reference, no recent evictions, nor can you currently owe a previous landlord money. The rent must be at least a third of your total household income (Rent x's 3 = your monthly income). We do run a credit check and background check. The minimum credit score requirement is 600. If you do not meet this requirement, you may be asked to pay a first month's rent, last month's rent, and security deposit in order to move in.
