Large 4 bed, 2.5 bath townhome with over 1600 sq ft! The family room is huge and has a nice fireplace. The kitchen features lots of cabinet space, updated appliances, and a separate dining area. There's a half bathroom on the first floor along with access to the 1 car garage. There are 4 equally spacious bedrooms upstairs. There are also 2 full bathrooms upstairs (1 on each side of the townhome). The laundry room is on the second floor with the bedrooms. There is a large patio area outside the back door that is perfect for grilling. This is a non-smoking home.
